- Recruitment for the DJ LAB PRO mentoring program – to evaluate your application, conduct selection procedures, and communicate with selected participants.
- Program implementation – to organize logistics, communication, and mentoring activities.
- Potential follow-up or promotional activities, such as program evaluation, alumni updates, and newsletter communications (only with your separate consent).
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Your personal data is processed based on:
- Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – your voluntary consent for specific purposes (e.g., marketing, newsletters).
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, i.e., applying to and participating in the program.
Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to take part in the application and program. Failure to provide data will result in inability to consider your application.

- External collaborators (mentors, trainers, coordinators) involved in delivering the DJ LAB PRO program;

- Accountants, hotels, legal advisors, or entities required by law;
- Partners of the project (e.g., LIVEMX, Carbon Silesia Festival) – solely for organizational purposes.

All personal data is primarily stored in the European Economic Area (EEA).
