Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the DJ LAB PRO website and participation in the DJ LAB PRO mentoring program organized by Maiko Agency sp. z o.o.
1. Organizer

2. Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years old.
- Open to applicants from Central-Eastern Europe, the Balkans, and the Baltic States.
- Application submission does not guarantee participation.
3. Program Description
DJ LAB PRO includes:
- A 2-day boot camp during Carbon Silesia Festival
- A performance on the Showcase Stage
- A 6-month mentoring program
Details may change at the Organizer’s discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
- Participants retain ownership of their performances.
- By participating, you grant Maiko Agency and LIVEMX partners the right to use event materials (photos, videos, audio recordings) for promotional and archival purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
Maiko Agency is not liable for:
- Personal injuries
- Lost or stolen personal property
- Travel disruptions Participation is at your own risk.
Participants are responsible for ensuring appropriate insurance coverage.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:
- Act professionally and respectfully
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and fairness
- Follow safety and event rules
Violations may result in removal from the program without refund or recourse.
7. Communication
By participating, you agree to receive program-related communications.
Separate consent will be requested for receiving marketing updates.
8. Privacy
Your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy available here.
9. Modifications and Cancellation
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or cancel part of the program for reasons beyond our control
- Change mentors, schedules, or locations
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Polish law.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Kraków, Poland.
